1. New owners buy the property, lease it back to LoveJourney and we continue to provide our events here and maintain the property. Our payments cover the mortgage and in 5 to 7 years, we buy it back with rent applied to purchase.
2. A couple buys the property, lives in the house, and runs it as a retreat center, hosting our events and those of other teachers and increasing use of overnight spaces. The income from rentals and fees for site management could provide a good living for such a pair.
3 . Teachers, individually or by forming a consortium, buy this property as a beautiful and well functioning retreat center to offer their work along with some of ours. It is already well-functioning, has rentals into the fall, and could earn it's overhead with currently scheduled events, plus a profit if more are booked.
Great systems are in place for this Temple , with Katie being the world's best Admin. Assistant, experienced food service and logistics staff, materials and supplies for retreats for up to 42 people. Parking inside the gates for 26 cars.
Take Note: Living here does mean living in a retreat center though for most days, you have the lovely experience of a gorgeous private home with the precious gardens and hot tubs for your personal pleasure..

Sale price will be set by current lender, probably around $550,000 , which gives a monthly payment of $2200 - $2800 including taxes and insurance.
