…enjoys offering MetaTherapy, couples work, multi-dimensional healing and channeled readings to help people heal emotionally and spiritually and has had a private practice for 36 years.
She founded LoveJourney: Tantra of the Heart in 1997 and is a skillful coach in intimacy practices and communication skills. For 24 years, she has led workshops and supported the building of compassionate communities practicing the highest erotic and romantic arts.
Bisexual and open-hearted by nature, Evalena has made a study of relationships, sexuality, and healthy intimacy that allows all people to be fully who they are. She brings to this work two degrees in psychology and decades of study in alternative healing, shamanism, spiritual paths, Soul Retrieval, Tantra, inner child work, and recovery from abuse, incest, and addiction.
She entered the world of Tantra in 1987 and realized its potential for helping achieve a wholeness beyond what therapy can offer. Evalena masterfully crafts safe and sacred spaces in which ecstatic play is well supported.
Evalena has helped facilitate the development of communities for 38 years, volunteering full time as President of the Austin Area Holistic Health Association to help build the holistic community in Austin and across Texas in the 80’s. She actively devotes time and resources to furthering the experiments of New Culture, hosting monthly gatherings, and leading events at longer camps.
In the last four years, guiding Zegg Forum and teaching facilitators to lead Forum has given Evalena another answer to a long quest to create more peace, harmony and trust among people.
